Ernesto Salas joined Heritage Pool Supply Group as Vice President of Supply Chain at the end of 2022. With over 30 years in international supply chain management and two decades in the pool industry, Ernesto brings extensive expertise. His background includes working in the petrochemical industry and managing fresh produce production in Latin America. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and an MBA from Loyola University in New Orleans. Ernesto focuses on sourcing and inventory management to improve operations across the company.
