Adam Carscadden
Regional Vice President - Northeast
Adam Carscadden started with SRS Distribution, the parent company of Heritage in 2018 and joined Heritage Pool Supply Group as the Regional Vice President for the Northeast in 2023. He has a BS in Biology from Mansfield University and over 21 years of experience in building products distribution. Throughout this time, he has held various leadership roles, including Branch Manager, District Manager, and VP of Sales. His leadership has consistently driven market share growth and has been pivotal in integrating multiple acquisitions. Adam remains committed to mentorship and has played a pivotal role in developing emerging leaders within the company.
