Heritage Pool Supply Group Adds Two Locations to its Platform with the Acquisition of Hachik Distributors

McKinney, TX – December 22nd, 2021:

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Hachik Distributors (“Hachik” or the “Company”), a leading family-owned wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Northeast. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Aston, Pennsylvania, Hachik was founded in 1923 by Garabed Hachikian and is run today by his granddaughter, Nanette Zakian. The Company operates a second location in Columbia, MD and currently employs a team of more than 40 people. Nanette will continue to lead Hachik’s dedicated employee base under the existing brand, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
