Heritage Pool Supply Group Adds Six Locations to its Platform with the Acquisition of Quality Pool Supply

McKinney, TX – October 1st, 2021:

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Quality Pool Supply Company (“Quality”), a leading wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Midwest. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Clio, Michigan, Quality was founded in 1971 by Jack Englehart and is run today by John Coulier and Cary Englehart. John and Cary will continue to lead Quality’s dedicated employee base under the existing brand, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
