Heritage Pool Supply Group Adds Four Locations to its Platform with the Acquisition of Pool Contractors Supply

McKinney, TX – October 8th, 2021:

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Pool Contractors Supply, Inc. (“PCS”), a leading wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Mid-South region. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, PCS was founded in 1953 and is run today by Ed Flemmons and Sam Rogers. Ed and Sam will continue to lead PCS’ dedicated employee base under the existing brand, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
