Heritage Pool Supply Group Adds Four Locations to its Platform with the Acquisition of Cinderella, Inc.

McKinney, TX – January 4th, 2022:

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Cinderella, Inc. (“Cinderella” or the “Company”), a leading family-owned wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Midwest, effective December 30, 2021. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan, Cinderella was founded in 1955 by brothers Bob & Mark Jaffe and is run today by Mark’s son, David. The Company operates three additional branches in Grand Rapids and Livonia, Michigan, and Indianapolis, Indiana, and currently employs a team of 90 people. David and Tom Connelly, Cinderella’s President, will continue to lead Cinderella’s dedicated employee base under the existing brand, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
