Heritage Pool Supply Group Adds a New Location to its Growing Platform with the Acquisition of Guardian Distribution

McKinney, TX – December 2, 2022:

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Guardian Distribution (“Guardian” or the “Company”), an independent wholesale distributor of pool and spa products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Guardian was founded in 2009 by Bill Shuherk and services the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul market from its location in Rogers, Minnesota. Bill will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.

Guardian adds a second location in the Twin Cities market and is highly complementary to our existing Aqua-Gon branch in the area.
