Heritage Pool Supply Group Adds Three Locations to its Platform with the Acquisition of EMSCO Distributors and OP Aquatics

McKinney, TX – December 17th, 2021:

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired EMSCO Distributors and OP Aquatics (collectively “EMSCO” or the “Company”), a leading family-owned wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Midwest. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio, the Company was founded in 1969 by Ed Stoyanoff and is run today by his son, Mark Stoyanoff, Rich Laneve, and Ed’s Grandson, Eric Stoyanoff. The Company operates two other branches in North Huntingdon, PA and Lexington, KY and currently employs a team of more than 80 people. Mark, Rich, and Eric will continue to lead EMSCO’s dedicated employee base under the existing brand, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
